Paint question

I have to paint the bumper of my 95 intergra. The color code is R81.The bodyshop will use Akzo Nobel. IS this a good brand? One of my friend told me the original paint is from PPG.So I call a ppg dealer but they told me R81 is a tricoat color( and they actually have two R81 , R81C and R81S).So I have to use two different base coats. Anybody have any idea about this tri-color( the bodyshop told me my car is definitely not tri-color)? Which R81 shoud I go for ( it is a straight R81 on the driver's door)? Thanks.
