I still don't have tail lights:
Fuses are good, replaced both lamps, and I have console lights - (someone asked me to check - I guess if I didn't, that would indicate a bad fuse). I'm starting to think I have a wiring problem..... Any other ideas????

check the ground wire. l recently had one tail light that wasn't working and found out that the ground wire wasn't connected. l'm sure that's whats wrong.

i had the same problem with my '03.... you have a harness in the steering column with control pins...one of those pins has broken or become loose...any ford dealership can replace the harness for around $350.00

Have you tried disconnecting the tail harness and seeing if you are getting power from the chassis harness? If you got power there then you just have to deal with the tail harness. If not, keep following the harness forward and check your voltage at each possible connection.
Good Luck
