In 96 camaro (probably applies to '93 - '97), i saw a female connector end protruding just between the bottom panel (below steering column) and the stereo column. The connector end looks like a 9-pin head and has some crimped connections in some of its 'holes'. Anyone knows what's this connector used for?
I have a feeling that it can be used for connecting accessory wiring/delco slave CD changer/... to it. It seems to be it is more "professionally" located there for additional wiring purposes than than a "leftover" wiring end.

easy, go up to the top of the page and find the link to the gallery, on the top left of the page, go to the right, and it says upload photos, click that, then browse and pick the photo you want, it has to be less than 80k.

Nope.. its not the code connector.. My cam is with me girl now... anyway, i will just leave the wire there... Looks harmless...
By the way, I heard a constant "ing.. ing.." sound from the car rear (90% sure its from exhaust system) when my engine is running. I saw a small hole in my muffler (right side).. I suspect that this may be due to a "ing... ing..." sound coming from the exhaust.. What do you think?
