Error codesflash on Air Bag light

Hi,

I'm trying to diagnose occasional stalling on a "1995.5" 3.2L Rodeo. The ALDL flashes the error code on the "Air Bag" rather than "Check Engine" light. Has anyone seen this flash on the wrong indicator light before? Any idea why?

BTW...code read 12 only.
