Rear Wiper Problems

I have read some of the past threads on this, but still am baffled maybe someone can help. My rear wiper does not work on my '96 Blazer. When I turn it on, I can hear a slight noise in the motor, and the about 5 seconds later, hear another noise. I found another motor that I am not sure if it even works properly, I hooked that up and when I turned it on heard a "click, click, click" reapeatedly. Now I am not sure if either motor works, but have read that sometimes it could be the circuit board. Is there anyway to test to see if it is the circuit board that needs replacing? Any help appreciated!!!
Thanks,
-Jon

How much are you asking? I just bought one on ebay that came and I tested it and the gear was stripped inside. That was the "click click" noise it made. What model year is your blazer? Is it in good condition? Also, is the circuit board on there also?

I sprayed some WD 40 on the wiper blade arm assembly and corrected the problem that I was having when my rear wiper blade stopped working.
