can i just clip the wire to the realy, or does it have to bu fully removed?
i was looking at the electrical schematic and it apeared to be this situation:
on = no start
off = start
so you should be able to just clip it, no?
i was thinking it is like the seat belt jingle clip, where you just disco the thing and no jingle...

Are you talking about how to remove the 'push clutch to start' or am I completely off?

Vince are you talking about the clutch-start switch? Like, to start the car without pushing in the clutch pedal? If so, there is a thin white wire harness up near the top of the clutch pedal assembly. Just disconnect the harness. Try to start the car. If it starts without the clutch in, you got the right harness. If not, plug it back in and pick a different harness ;).
DupetoE showed me how to disconnect mine, and it worked great!

ya Joe W. that is it. i was typing fast and didn't bother to get the full correct name... lol
and Joe M. ya i think i found the right harness, but it is a bitch to get off, and i was just thinking of cliping the wires instead of doing battle upside down with a light in my mouth and arms going to sleep trying to fit my hands up in there... lol

Yea dude, DupetoE had to cut his wires b/c the harness wasn't coming apart for him either. Mine just pulled out nicely, but you might have to cut the wires. Basically you just want to break the circuit, so do whatever you want to accomplish that! Save that 7 bolt from cw ASAP!

aight then it is settled...
i think it is going bad too tho... sometimes i have to pump the pedal a few times to get it to turn over...
