rough running

I have a 87 gt 5.0 5 spd and my question is when its at an idle or regular driving the engine seems to loop like its got a mild cam in it... its a stock motor with a bbk o/r h pipe, flowmaster cat back, msd ignition coil, bumped timing at 12*, new oxygen sensors, new idle air control valve, new tps sensor, cheep cold air induction and filter, air pump eliminator, and some autometer gauges including a air/fuel ratio.. when the engine loops the air/fuel gauge dips to lean for a split second and then back to normal and the engine runs smooth for a couple of seconds and it does it everytime its running or driving it.

Sounds like a fuel problem. For starters, when was the last time you replaced the fuel filter?
Also, is it only when hot or cold, or what?
Check your fuel pressure. Make sure it is 38-40 PSI.
Not sure if it could be a MAP sensor?
Also, check for vacuum leaks....
Your car is harder to troubleshoot, it has the speed-density setup. Your injectors fire a bank at a time instead of sequentially...

Are all of your injectors firing? I agree it sounds like fuel, so assuming you have plenty of spark and a new fuel filter I would look into injectors, run some lucas fuel treatment and see if it un-clogs any injectors. Run some tests and that will help us narrow your problem down. There should be a valve that you can hook a pressure test kit up to on your fuel lines, otherwise you have to tap into the fuel system.

You might want to check the O2 sensors. I had the same problem and thats what it turned out to be. They can cause a rough idle etc like you describing.
