Hello

Hello, my name is Wayne and I live in Colorado. I currently work as a computer helpdesk technician. I finished school last summer to become an aircraft mechanic, no luck on that though. I have too many interests and hobbies to list, but basically I love working on anything mechanical. I joined this forum because I have read some of the threads and it looks like there are many experienced and knowledgeable people that I can get advise from.

hi Wayne. as u i have interests in all that is mechanical, but with two little girls i just don't have time to pursue much of them right now.

that's interesting, I also have 2 girls. 6 year old twin girls. My wife is homeschooling them for the first few years and I'm sure after a couple of years I'll start dragging them out to the garage to learn what they are willing to learn.

that's exactly what i want to do with my girls. my mum is a teacher and i would't mind if she taught them at home. cheers to you. and about the garage thing. horay! finally someone that's on the same wave length. i am so damn tired of viewing girls (especially my daughters) as people that have to depend on guys to help them out. i want my girls to be self dependent and fix whatever thats needed to be fixed. i tell my wife, that they are the one to be owners of the kick ass cars when they hit high school, and better yet they will fix them up themselves and be very the feminin at the same time.
