I'm looking for a used sports sedan for around $10,000, and the Integra GS-R looks like a good bet. I already know that the car is reliable, comfortable, and sporty. There are only a couple of things that I'm concerned about, such as backseat room and price of repairs (although I'm sure it won't break very often). So, does anyone here have an Integra GS-R sedan that they're willing to comment on?

By the way, I just turned 18 and I will be paying for this car myself. I've already checked insurance, and it wouldn't be too bad since it's an Acura sedan. Mileage seems pretty good as well, although a six-speed would be nice. I don't plan on turbocharging the motor, or installing a NOS kit, but I'd probably do some basic I/H/E to get a few more ponies out of it, as well as put on some more modern tires (KDW-2's would probably work).

check ebay. You could probably find a 99 or newer gsr sedan for that price. coups usually go for more becase they are in higher demand, but I have seen 01 gsr sedans go for around 10k, so you should be able to get a pretty new one with low miles for that price!

Even so, I'd rather save money and get an older 3rd generation. Just because I can spend $10,000 doesn't mean I have to spend all of it :)

Well you could find a 94-97 gsr sedan for less than 6k on ebay. Start looking. I wasn't saying you should, you just gave me a price range, and I told you what you could get for it. If you want to spend less, then buy an older one!

Buying from Ebay isn't preferrable. I'd rather use Autotrader/the newspaper to find cars in my local area. According to www.edmunds.com (http://www.edmunds.com/), a 1994 Acura Integra GS-R sedan should go for about $5348 when buying from a private party, and $7029 when buying from a dealer. As long as what I get has under 100,000 miles and hasn't been through any major accidents, I'm fine with it. So I can probably find a good condition GS-R sedan for around $6000 to $7000.

But anyways, does anyone here actually have a GS-R sedan that they're willing to comment on?
