98 Turn Light Switch

I recently bought a 98 with the following symptoms:
1. Turn light switch to manually turn on lights does not work (has twighlight setting, when turning switch it is apparent that it doesn't work).
2. Taillights do not come on at night with the headlights.
3. Dash lights do not come on (only affecting speedometer, fuel gauge, etc. directly above the steering wheel, other lights such as radio and time display work fine).
4. Right turn signal often will not blink.


I was considering starting with trying to fix the light switch problem and would appreciate advice on what that involves or suggestions as to whether there may be another cause for the taillights and dash light problem.
