yeah i just got my flexalite 230's and battery box today so tommorow i will have everything put back together and start the wiring maybe saturday... we'll see ...

Ive got an rb25det front clip lined up from rs imports too. It comes with the lsd and axles/rotors/brakes. Cant wait!!

Any advise??? What else besides the mounting kit and driveshaft do I need? You said battery box? I dont even know what a flexilight 230 is. lol

flexalite is the dual 12" pusher fans, battery box is just to get some weight out of the front, and have room for my fmic piping which will probably run through there ... id suggest changing out your timing belt at minimum, i replaced my belt, water pump, thermostat, front/rear main oil seals, pilot bearing, and put an act street strip clutch on it ... but thats just me.

you dont NEED to do all that but its a hell of a lot easier to do it while the motor is out.

So do you have to take off the original fan from the engine and put in the dual fans? Because my clip was hit in front and broke the fan and fan clutch anyway and that would be a lot easier.

the original fan doesn't fit with the rb swap, you have to use electric pusher fans in front of the radiator ...

my buddy is doing an rb25det>s14 swap same time as me and he's making the piping at his uncles shop and making me a set as well...

i have plenty of help with the wiring via Jon Powell but whats the site you found? i wasn't aware there were any rb25>s14 wiring info out there, talk to me on aim if you want : lostdesigns

well I think that jon powell wrote it. www.rb25det.org has some great stuff on how to wire. Go to the specs and tech page under how to wire an s13 rb25det. Is the s13 wiring the same as the s14?

no my rb radiator was a bit scarred up and i didn't want to use it im using the stock ka one, as the rb one is only about an inch inch and a half maybe taller than the ka, so i think the ka will be fine, if not i'll upgrade to a koyo...
