3.0 liter V6 duratec

I would like to know between the years '91 and '95 if the engine that was in the 929 was indeed a Duratec V6 DOHC 24 Valve? If you can supply a specific year that this engine was used would be greatly appreciated, thx.

The engine used in the 3.0 Litre 929/Sentia was the Mazda JE-ZE engine (2956cc, 205 Horses, DOHC & so on) which has nothing in common with the Ford Duratec engine. For the Japanese Domestic Market, there were versions with other capacities avalable, but they were Mazda Engines.

JE-ZE engine was used by Mazda in the Luce (JDM 929) in the late 1980's... a friend of mine has a 1988 Luce with JE-ZE engine. Same car was optionally equipped with a SOHC V6, SOHC V6 Turbo, DOHC V6 or a 13B Rotary.
