ive primered my boss mustang and my toyota alteza and the primer come out with little holes in. Any one had this problems before. How can it be fixed. Sorry no pics

possibly pinholes created by not washing the body really well first. oils or other contaminants from your hands can cause this. Another cause could be from spraying to closely

You probably sprayed the paint on too close to the model. You have to sand all the paint down even and re-prime.

Could be fisheyes. They're usually caused by something on the surface not allowing the primer to flow and bond. Do like Dag suggested and wash the body well first to remove mould release agents, finger oils and dirt. Also helps to give the surface a light sanding with some fine grit wet and dry. That will give some 'tooth' for the primer to stick to.


Now you've got the problem do as advised, sand back, clean and reprime. If the holes are only in one area, you should be able to get away with only repainting that spot.
