I just bought a 02 wrx and it has a boost controller on it however I dont know how to set it to where its stock because if you just turn it off its not stock it only boost up to about .04 MPa and from what i've read stock is 13.5 psi which is around .09 MPa... Am I right anyone???? I dont want to fuck anything up on my new car so I want to make sure im not turning it up past stock.

14.2 lbs of boost @ 3500 rpm is the factory stock (from Edmunds :screwy: )
Confirmed from factory spec to be 13.5 psi and 3500 rpm though.

Stock is 6 or so in 1st gear, and like 10 in 2nd gear, and up around 14 in 3rd-5th. Don't know the exact numbers. With a boost controller it will hit whatever you set it at in every gear, instead of being staggered like stock. So you can actually get faster without turning it up at all, just cuz you get full boost in 1st and 2nd.

Ok well the problem is its not a digital boost controller so i have to go by what the boost gauge goes to so if the stock boost is 13.5 or 14.2 either one is going to be around .09 MPa is what im wanting to know.

I seriously doubt you're gonna hurt anything as long as you stay below .10
