95 RS Won't start when hot!

I have noticed that whenever I start my car right after I have driven it, it won't start anymore. The check engine lights comes on and the starter won't crank.

Then when I pull the engine fuse, wait and then try again it starts up again. Sometimes though I hear a wierd cracking sound from I the starter I believe. This never happened before until I installed the CAI (injen).

Anyone know what the problem can be?
