Fuel tank size

I was wondering how big the fuel tank on a 1990 Ranger xlt was. Thanks in advance.

most likely its a 15 gal. but the easiest way to check is just run it to damn near completely emtpy, and fill it up and see how many gallons you put in it. its really not too hard to figure out.

yeah, the thing about that is, my fuel gauge is broken. That's why I was asking, because I know my MPG roughly and I figured I'd use my odometer to judge about when i need gas until i get it fixed.
