Thinking about a CL

Hello,
I've owned a civic for a year and a half now and decided that my 130hp sohc engine isn't enough. I went to the Toyota Dealership yesterday to look at the new 170 hp 6 speed Corolla XRS's, and there it was, the Acura 3.2 CL. I don't think it was a type S. The dealer is asking 16K for it. The car has 58K miles on it. Do you guys think that's too much? The reviews say that it comes fully loaded, with only the nav. system being an option. I didn't even look inside to see if it had one. What do you guys think? If I don't want it, I'm supposed to call him tomorrow and tell him what type of car I want so that he can make a bid on one in a couple of days. If you guys think it's too much, what do you think I should get? I'm looking for a 2000ish one with lower miles and between the $10,000 - 14,000 range.
Please let me know if that Acura is worth it, and if not, recommend something that drives great, is dependable and not slow.

Why don't you check out the new Scion tC? It's got a 2.4L DOHC that's putting out 160hp, so it should have some decent potential (they're bringing out a factory supercharger option next year I believe). It stickers for like $16k, so you should certainly be able to get it for less. It's a hell of a lot different than a 3.2 CL, but it's definitely quicker than a Civic, I'd guess even an Si.

That's funny,
I'm picking mine up on Monday, red on black with navigation. 43K miles for $16. You didn't buy mine, did you? lol

hey, use "D4" for town driving,
"D3" if you mind winding it up a little.
