has anybody tried to cut the inner fenderwell to change the alternator on a 3.4 Euro?

unbolt right tie rod from spindel and turn wheel to right, you need to put a jack under the rear subframe unbolt the back subframe bolts and lower down, you can then work it out and the new one in
