problems about doors

i alredy got 4 amt 1995 toyota supra.i went to cut out the doors. but wen i cut them out they dont go back in good :eek: .so could some one help me by showing step by step by cuting the doors sanding and putty on my second supra because the first one i cut the doors bad :mad: .i got the doors hinges alredy :smile: .can you show me how can i cut the doors and sanding and putty?
