Sorry got one more ? bout intake manifold

once again i have a 1997 eclipse rs non turbo with greddy evo 2 exhaust, DC sport header and a AEM short ram air intake.....if i get a intake manifold from venom would i need to get a new throttle body...my one friend says i need to and i want to know if thats true?

It would be smart to get one otherwise the TB will be restricting the manifold and then the manifold is a waste.
