*HELP*(cheap & easy performance mods)

Ok, I have a 20th Anneversary 99 Eclipse. Does anyone know some cheap and easy mods for performance. I got a cold air intake, iridium plugs, and super conductor 8.5mm wires. Ive heard of having your throttle body ported out but is there anything else out there that does work??????

is it a turbo?. you can do a lot more with a turbo.

Cheap and performance mods don't go together. For any kinds of respectable performance gains, you will need to be coughing up a good chunk of money. In most cases, the more you spend, the faster your car gets.
