Next Performance Mods??

i have an 01 eclipse GT. after gettin a CAI and Cat-back Exhaust, what is the next best mods for performance and cost (not turbo, supercharger, or nos)

Short Shifter. And maybe some quality synthetic oils to help your car run smoother. If you have some money, you can buy headers from XI Racing. they are $600 and I am not sure of they are of high quality or not. But I also recommend a Air/Fuel Controller to lean out the A/F mix and gain power with the headers. You can probably gain about 30whp from the headers and a dyno tune.

Or if you want to make the car turn better, you can buy a rear strut tower bar from Road//Race Engineering and rear sway bar from Titan Motorsports.

I would go with the headers. You can also get light weight pulley sets and they add good HP. Call the people at RPMmotoring.com and they can help you.

thanks man. ive heard that the lightweight pulleys did nothing for the car but dim the headlights.

I dont know about that. I guess they HP gains differ, depending on application. They are good because they give power through out the entire power range. Well, anyways like I said, get the headers, and after that get a Cold Air Intake. Some of the intakes at RPMmotoring.com are free shipping. Call them if you dont see the parts you want cause it might not be listed.
