who is selling their Honda/Acura? i have $3,000

I'm in southern michigan, but i'd be willing to travel to buy the right car.

looks are unimportant. in fact, if it looks bad, that's just a better chance i can afford it, right? : )

as long as the unibody isn't cracked, dents are fine. nothing over 100,000 miles. nothing with any important parts messed up. every other problem is negotiable!

bad paint job, missing trim, scratches, & non-structural rust is all no problem. i'm poor, so i can't be too choosy-- it's just gotta be fast! : )

I may sell my 88 Prelude si 5 speed. Has 94K on it. Needs painted. I put the body kit on and took out all of the dents. Interior is in good condition besides some minor blemishes. Here is a list of mods

I forgot. My buddy has a 94 Civic Two door for sale. I believe it has less than 100K on the miles. Body is clean (teal green) and the interior is in great shape. I know that it has a cold air intake, tinted windows. I can get pics and details later if you want. I think he is asking $2400. He just got a 95 civic hatch and has no use for the 94. Let me know if you want more details.

So Fast, thanks sincerely for all the help! i realize that this makes me sound un-cool... but i avoid tinted windows since i have trouble seeing at night sometimes as it is! I'm the type of guy who drives 10 mph in residential neighborhoods to make sure i don't hit squirrels and children. Yes, I'll never qualify as a bad-ass : ) However, if it is a manual, modded, and mechanically sound, at that price i must consider it. thanks again. how dark is the tinting? if it's not too extreme, i'd like more details.

by the way, how much are you asking for your 88 Prelude? the more i look at it, the more i love it. Are you pretty sure that the unibody is sound? no age-related structural weakness?

The Prelude is solid. I have had it tore down and back together again. I have been over the whole vehicle. I am wanting about $3000 but will negotiate. I also have a 1 pump setup hydro kit for it. Not installed. I didnt want to spend that much money on air ride. The hydros are included if you are interested. Heck you can resell them and make some money back if you want. I just got the headers in the mail today. I will be putting them on tonight. I know I have more stuff for it. I have just been so damb busy today and havent had a chance to think. Oh! I have a garrett turbo comming for it. It might be a few weeks. I have to make everything for the turbo.
