Just got a call from a Warn rep today informing me that my winch was on its way back to me from Oregon. I had what I thought was a bad solenoid but couldn't get it figured out so I ended up just shipping it out to their service center. It ended up being a problem with the motor, but Warn took care of everything under warranty. The rep on the phone was very receptive, apologizing for the malfunction and assuring me everything was now in working order. A+ on Warn's customer service.

Good to hear. So many places are getting worse and worse when it comes to warranty issues or just flat out customer servise.

I had ordered a set of AAL's from EOE and had some shipping issues. It was not Todd's fault by any means, but he made good on everything and was very nice about everything. Thanks Todd...
