What do you think?

Im not to familiar with the setup of skyline engine compartments but I am thinking about buying this front clip that was hit in front. I havent seen it but the guy says that it pushed the radiator in. What else could have been damaged that I might need if it is worse than he said? Am I just going to need the engine/tranny and parts because it runs fine. What do you guys think??
