its a 87 3.8l ewngine does anyone know how i can get more HP out of it?I dont have a big budget.

You may have to go the route of custom intake/exhaust. This won't be too terribly expensive. I really don't think there would be any aftermarket performance shit for that engine.

3.8L is easy, just go look into Grand National / Turbo Buick stuff.
