passenger airbag removal

does anyone know how take out the passenger airbag without making it discharge. the reason is that i want to mold a tv so that when i flip a switch the airbag cover will rise and a tv will pop out......this might sound stupid but i was wondering if any1 can help me out on this

disconnect the battery and let it sit for a few mintutes. It has to be taken out from the bottom, just start tearing shit appart till you find out how to take it off. Then sell it on ebay.
