Daytime, but what a shame there's no sun now, so only the first pic does the color justice. I had a great time building. This was my third with revell with the same interior/engine (also did civic coupe and itr) so I knew what to expect.

Guys, I guess I'm just ignorant about this whole dx thing, the instructions just said where to place it but I have no clue what it means. Please enlighten

"DX" is the low trim level for the US market. Very bare-bones. IIRC, all of the hatches sold in the US were DXs. None of them came with motors like that, though.

You've unintentionally under-badged your car. Street racers do that all the time. That's fine, though, since it's obviously not a DX... ;)

Very Cool!! Nice and clean. Those are awesome tail lights, and the CF detailing on engine parts is nice too. Got to love that green. All in all a very sick car. :jump3:

Very nice build.
Great

Your cars are always amazing.

One question: Did you do any mods on the bodykits or it just came with it?

thanks

Clean, hot, and sexxy. Very nice. Love the color choices for the in an out. The taillamps even look good. Just fantastic work, honestly. The only drawback is that infernal kit supplied exhaust; otherwise the model is immaculate.

Edit: Not all hatches were sold as DX. There was also CX (same motor, but with a constant variable transmission) and I think HX (VTEC motor tuned not for power but for efficiency, economy, and environmental friendlyness). Of these, only the DX is worth anything to us sort of people, as it was definately the cheapest and equiped with a manual transmission. This is the car that always gets the swap. This is the ideal Honda hybrid platform. So this model is perfectly correct, it is a perfect representation of a hybrid Civic hatch (the motor supplied in the Revell kit can represent nothing other than a hybrid, I wish they would include the DX/CX/HX/EX valve cover, though). And though the 1:24 owner of the car got it repainted, he likely kept the DX badge so he could smoke an Si and snicker a little about it.
