93 Altima Alarm

I have a 93 Altima. It has an alarm system that is tied into the ignition. If the car wont start, I look at the alarm. If the light is red, I have to punch in the code for the car to start. Is there a permanent fix, so I dont have to punch in a code to start the car, without disabling the alarm?
