LED radio #partially there

i have a 85 pontiac parisienne {lots of electrical goodies}could a weak or
underpowered alt.cause the LED readout on the radio to be half there
when at all.
i saw a posting&reply somewhat along the same line,enough to make me wonder. thanks ahead of time

ive got the same prob and i have did alot of searching and the first thing i would do first is to find out if the bulb is blown for ur led. all u do is get the radio out and the radio bezel has clips that u pull apart and the bulb is right there i hope this helps because u would rather buy a bulb than an alt.
