emissions test

I have a couple of questions about the emissions test. Which of these will pass the test and which ones will make it fail?

1. Injen Intake
2. Spoon Downpipe w/ catalytic converter
3. Cat back exhaust system
4. DC headers

I also want to know what is a good cat back exhaust for a good decent price? Thanks

1 - Pass
2 - Not sure
3 - Probably/yes
4 - If its a shorty header, yet, if its a race header no.


Can I just make some suggestions? A cheaper route that'll get you more power is:

-Injen CAI
-DC Race Header (although it won't pass emissions - and if you take the shorty it'll yeild fairly low gains)
-B&M Short Shifter
-Hondata
-Hondata IMG
-Springs

And for exhaust, sound and looks are the only real considerations (except for heavily modded RSX's, the exhausts get around the same gains). With those being considered I say Fujitsubo Power Getter, Mugen ($$$), HSK ($$$), 5Zigen or Comptech (cheapest). Sorry, I don't know the prices.
