Hey a good friend of mine just recorded some songs on purevolume.com, its just cheap recording and its his first time, but its a start. I just wanted to post it here and see if some people would listen to the 3 songs and give me some feedback. He already had a guy from (epic I believe) tell him a bunch of things to work on, but like I said its just a rough start so don't expect it to sound like MTV2 :)
anyways heres the link http://www.purevolume.com/enaura
its acoustic/emo/indie or whatever you wanna call it, its just too hard to categorize music these days
oh and since coheed and cambria seem to be popular around here they have a link on purvolume too, so heres that incase in anyone wants it http://www.purevolume.com/coheedandcambria

sounds a little like Straylight Run, he could work on his vocals to make them a bit softer

anyways yea hes good at guitar, hes played like 5 years I think, I've played for a year and suck balls :) anyways thanks for the good comments
oh and he uses a yamaha if you care, just thought I'd tell you since your buying one soon and liked the sound, good luck with that
