Ground Wire System effectiveness? Ebay?

That's a link to an Ebay ground wire system. I can see how it would maybe increase hp a bit, but 4-8??? Is it more like 1 or 2? Does quality matter? Is this an okay buy or a good idea?

i dont think brand matters but i liked groundwires on my car.but they dont add much hp

Unless the car is not grounded properly to start with, "more" grounding or "better" grounding is useless for HP. The only thing it will help with is electrical noise issues. Maybe your stereo will sound better.
