performance Torque Converter shops.

OK... i am in Boston. anyone know a place around here that can upgrade my TC for less than $1200. that's the price the shop (one i usually go to since it's the only one i know here) wanna charge me for a TC upgrade. $600 out of that they said is for labor. and tell you the truth.. i ain't got that much to dish out. i just can't take it anymore feeling all the power in the crank but not in the wheels. :banghead:
