Different-colored ion Head Lights

I've been trying to find RED ion head lights and wonder if anyone knows if they actually exist. If not, does anyone know any ways to make a red glow around? if you dont know what i'm talking about, it looks like this:

I dont know if the have them in red like that because im pretty sure its illegal and would be irrelevent to people to by red ones... just buy the blue ion ones the will both look good....
