need part name pleaseee

I have a part that needs to be replaced on my 1993 Tbird. It is a connector (or a nipple) that connects 3 ways: a sensor, the heater hose, and to the intake. I brought the part to a store and they of course have no idea what the name of it is, nor if they can get it. It is kind of a T shape. If you have any clue, please help :)

on what engine, if you are talking about the part that is under the intake on the 5.0L that has vacume lines hooked into it, i can't remember the name of it, but i replaced mine, i just took it to autozone and they matched it up for me
