Check my new work out: FIRST REAL POST

Hi guys i have never posted any work on here before but i thought i will post this since ive worked so hard on it for the last 3 months.

I'm a 3d design foundation diploma student and i have just designed and constructed a concept model for the new aliens v predator movie, its a exploration assualt apc.
It has no windscreen but uses small camera's in the front pods which is what the driver would use to view the environment is has side mounted weapon hangers that open and close to reveal missiles and it also has a large battle turrent on the top this moves up and down and 360 degrees around. the exit hatch is located at the rear and the stars on the wheels are ice scrappers, (by the way this is for artic travel) the colour scheme is antartic camo.

It was completely scratch built using foam, polyester paste and other materials like wood, aluminium, steel and a little plastic here and there, the tyres are old mouse mats, the gun turret is made from balsa and sheets of plywood with filler in between. the missles were the only parts taken from a plastic kit everything else was made by me in my work shop!

I can't say it's beautifull... But it's absolutely weird enough for that movie :lol: Howcome we don't see any more vehicles like these here? :lol:

I was wondering if I would make the forthcoming Tamiya 1/35 JGSDF... This could be my first military kit (aircraft excluded). Would AF accept it?... :lol:

That looks real cool. Something very creative, good work. I want to see more like that.

i wouldnt mind seeing more sci-fi vehicles here either! There still models!
