sunroof swap?

i was just wondering if i can take out my old manual sunroof from my 92 3dr and replacce it with power one from an si i was taking alook at it the other day and it seem like the manual roof is a litle smaller than the Si opening or oare they the same??? bolth roofs are from hatches can any one give mem any susggestion as what could be done
