3.1 in place of my 2.4

hello, i recently put a hole in my 2.4L malibu and while lookin for a new engine to put in, i came across a 3.1 with the tranny and everything under the hood of a 2001 grand prix for a very good price. now my question is how hard will this be, since i am pretty sure that it is the exact same engine used in the factory v6 of the malibu. will i encounter any major PITAs? any advice will be much appreciated. thanks
