i saw the wings west eclipse model and it had black outs for every light. does anyone kno where i can get those black outs?

First of all I think those are illegal.
But if you want to do it you could probably take it to a Tint shop and tell them to tint your lights just as they can do your windows.

i emailed wings west about them and they said they were legal but wouldnt tell me where they got them

There's a guy from a another forum that makes these, all sorts and well respected products. The guy is known as 'zappedman', check out his products (http://groups.msn.com/zappedmans2001Eclipsepage/_whatsnew.msnw?pgmarket=en-us). You can get covers for just about anything taillights, front & rear corners, headlights, fake vents, side windows, etc.

Just FYI, my friend has them on his mustang, he has barely any vision at night, if it is raining count on zero visibility. So he has to take them out every night, which isn't a big deal, but it is a bit annoying. Also I believe they are illegal to drive with at night.
