b18b crower cams info

my friend just bought a set of crower cams... for his b18b he was told they were stage 2 but we checked and there stage 1 62402 will it make much difference from teh stage 1 to the stage 2 on his b18b motor... he also has the crower springs/retainers.... let me know if so how much difference

why not go with the 404s ?

Take my advice and sell them, then buy the 404's but hold on to the springs. Don't use the retainers though, the stock will last longer than the titanium ones. Also don't expect any large gains by just simply dropping in cams, you will need to bump up the compression ratio because the dynamic compression ratio will drop drastically the larger the cam gets.

well he put in the 402 cams with the crower springs/retainers and they port & polished his head for 250 bux since they jipped him on the cams... he says he feels a good difference but we havent ran yet
