RC are good injectors.
What other modification does the car have to support the injectors?

That is odd that he upgraded the injectors to such large ones, without an upgraded set of turbos, fuel pump, and any air/fuel management. The word pointless actually comes to mind.

I just assumed that was it, being that you said intake, exhaust, and thats it. With plans for upgrading the turbos, that makes alot more sense now.
And as alan said, RC's are a good brand. If ever in doubt, check out www.3sxperformance.com or one of those sites geared specifically for our cars. They own 3000gts or stealths themselves, and know what works well and what doesn't. So if they sell it, chances are it works quite well.
