I Got Sponsored

Yep, Got a letter today saying that DecalKits.com is gonna sponsor me. They gave $625 to spend on graphics, but i don't really want any. :p but anywho, I was just hyped that I actually got sponsored and figured I'd share the news.

I'm sponcered by a shop/retailer where I love. Insted of geting free stuff I get a considerable (dont ask me how much, I wont tell you) discount on anything that goes tward my car.

yea, its not $625 in cash, just money I can spend on graphics at their site. If anyone wants it I'll trade it for something nice.......I.E. projectors/Z3 fenders

Dude, if you put $625 worth of stickers on your car is going to look even more fucked up.

Lower it a bit, and forget the sponsorship.. Whoring yourself out to a company is only permissable if they make decent parts. Stickers wouldn't really cut it, it would make your car look like another beater.

im looking for a sponser like that for decals right now, well once im nearing completion, say around the end of the summer.

Somebody saw old pics of my car with stickers on cardomain and offered me sponsorship. I was like whatever. If you really want it, put all the decals on the bottom side of your hood. Mine had many when I bought the car. Sux. I even covered up the damn huge Pennzoil decal with a Thermotec "keep it cool" decal. Who the faak uses Pennzoil? Haha... Dude, your car is smooth the way it is. Hopefully, I'll make it to HIN in Charlotte and I'll get to see it.

yea but this might be an oppurtunity to get into the game, if one site is willing to sponser you, then maybe others will jump on board, so you put some stickers on your car, next you'll have spoon making a custom bodykit for your car for free. i wouldnt pass this up.

a sponsorship is a sponsorship, do it and see what its like and if it leads anywhere good, if not then just peel the stickers off (just put em on windows, dont wanna mess up the paint right?) hell, u could even send ppl here the stickers if u want!
