Glow Gauges

Hello, I drive an 03 GS, I just purchased glow gauges for it. I am already having trouble with this install. First off I cant get the dash board apart to even reach the gauges, I can only remove one panel and thats under the steering wheel. I really dont know what im looking for. Any help on how to take apart the dash would be awesome. thanks.

you really dont even have to take that off! go under the steering colomn and look for the screws on the underside of the panel that is above the one you have off. There should only be two of them. Once you get those two out, just pull straight back and the panel should come straight out!

OKay I made some progress but now im at a new problem....How is this the stock bottem part of the needle supposed to fit over the new gauges here are the pics. Help please thanks.
