Car Background Check?

I was wondering is there a way to do a background check on what cars a person owns? Because my dads friend is gone in montana and he has quite a bit of money and he just moved into a new house and my friend saw a ferrari sitting outside near the same place he moved in and I was wondering if I could check him online and see if he has that ferrrai my friend saw.

Well I would ask him but he wont be back until another week, I was just wondering, its nothing important, its just it would be real cool to find out that my dads best friend got a 360 spyder.

No Automobile tax value lookup yet, but I hear it's in the works.

You can try going to carfax.com and see what comes up...you need the VIN number i think to get anywhere...
