Can I ever get a break??

Ok, my car is basically stock. I have a lot of plans for it. I know what i want to do to it etc. Well everytime I get some extra money to actually modify my car, something comes up where i Have to spend that money elsewhere. Either in auto repair bills, which really pisses me off. Or my fiance' getting her wisdom teeth pulled, or our god damn cat having to go to the vet. then there is tuition and money for my books.. :cry:

It just pisses me off..

I know EXACTLY how you feel. Been there, done that and it really sucks. Hope it all turns around for you soon. The good thing is it usually does! :)

Yep, been there done that. At least you had the $$ to get what was needed taken care of. I have had it happen a few times where I spent $$ on something fun then ended up having something break afterward :rolleyes: but that's how my luck runs hehe.

Most of the mods on my car were inherited from Alex or other Neon buddies so at least I didn't spend too much money on my beast.

and it gets worse when you have kids and a mortgage.If it is that important to you,beg,steal or borrow the money and just do it.It's a rare and lucky person who gets to do stuff like that in later life.

Yes it can be a bastard, i think 99% of us here at AF now what your saying and been there/done that.

Correction: it IS a bastard. The only cure it to out-bastard it. My life is wonderful due to my superior bastardry!

As the saying goes "Lifes a bitch" The trick is get real good at something and then get people to pay you for it. You'll have fun and have some $$ to spend on the vehicles of your choice.
