instrument Gauge Light

I'm a noob so please be nice,

I want to change the green backlighting in the dashboard and the control panel on my '04 Elantra GLS to blue so it will match the blue lights on my new radio and look more like the GT version. Can someone give me instructions on how to do this or a link to a place to find the instructions.
