What do the manufacturers mean when they put 'Tubo Timer' as one of the options? I was thinking that it either has a delayed shut off when the key is removed from the ignition or it's just compatible with a turbo timer. A few brands that offer this option are Compustar and I think Clifford
The reason I'm asking is because I NEED a turbo timer and i've been thinking of upgrading the security, so i thought i might be able to kill two birds w/ one stone
thanks in advance

compustar 2wfm-as offers a turbo timer, and is also a remote start for manuals. This is a two way but you can also get the 1wafm-as which is one way. The distance is about a 1/4 mile Compustar also makes a 2wss-as that has 1 1/4 mile range. I think turbo timer option is programmable upto 5 minutes. What this does is let's the engine run without the key and be armed for upto 5 min after the door has been shut. Real Cliffords will also have feature like an avantgaurd 5 which i think is the current series. Anything in the matrix line is just like buying viper which isn't bad but it ain't clifford...
