My uncles buick!!

These are some bad ass cars. He just finished i'd say about 6 months ago his journey on rebuilding a 1970 buick 455 "R" motor. So now the set-up is that 455 motor, demon 750 carb, and a rebuilt 350 trainy. The motor is awsome. The car can hall some ass. The bad thing is though, he has it in a 1972 base buick skylark body. Which means he has the 10 bolt rear end. This is bad news because he could be ripping up the streets so much more if he had that 12 bolt posi rear. I raced him with my 98 trans am and sad to say he whooped my sorry ass. I think in the near distant future he will be looking for a 1968-1972 GS or GSX body so he can drop that motor into. Sounds like a nice engine. He definitely needs the right car to drop it into.

I mean the engine looks beutiful in the 72 skylark body it's in right now. You can even say it's a sleeper because of that, considering theres no gs or gsx logos, or a ram air hood on the car. But it doesn't have the 12 bolt and it is starting to show some normal rust over the rear wheel wells and which you can tell have some bondo also. So I am guessing all he really just needs to do now, is just look for a gs rolling chassis. Which as any Buick owner knows is like finding a needle in a haystack.
