ok when i put my tranny cooler on, isnt that going to make the radiator heat up more because there wont be as much airflow going through the radiator because the cooler will be infront of it?

it will lower the efficiency of the radiator but as ridge said not by too much. it will be noticeable though...

Most cars have the tranny cooler and/or the ac rad in front of the engine radiator.

wait, the fourth gen f-bodies had tranny coolers built into the factory radiator. i dont know what youre doing this to but it might have the same thing...

its for my 68 camaro...and yes...the old tranny lines ran to the radiator and went through it but i was told that it will be better if i run a second one because theyre will be less heat outside the radiator instead of running through it..

it wont effect it any that you will notice, so long as your fans work, and your thermostat are operational. its totally safe, in fact im doing it to my third gen.
